By accessing or using VibeToWP services provided by The215Guys.com ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Description

VibeToWP provides WordPress conversion services for websites built using AI-powered development platforms such as Replit, Lovable, Base44, and similar tools. Our services include code conversion, theme development, plugin creation, and related web development work.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your project
• Ensure you have the rights to any code, content, or assets you provide
• Respond to requests for information or approvals in a timely manner
• Make payments according to agreed-upon terms
• Provide access to necessary accounts and resources as needed

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive complete ownership of the converted WordPress code, themes, and plugins created specifically for your project. You grant us permission to use your original code solely for the purpose of completing the conversion.

We retain ownership of any proprietary tools, frameworks, or methodologies used in the conversion process that were developed independently of your project.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be established in your project proposal or agreement. Typical arrangements include a deposit before work begins and final payment upon project completion. We accept various payment methods as specified in your invoice.

Project Timeline

We provide estimated timelines for all projects. While we strive to meet deadlines, actual completion times may vary based on project complexity, client responsiveness, and unforeseen technical challenges. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.

Revisions and Changes

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in your proposal. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur additional charges, which will be communicated and approved before work proceeds.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the conversion, we will work with you to address concerns within the scope of the original project. Refund policies are determined on a case-by-case basis and may depend on the stage of project completion.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Warranty Disclaimer

While we strive for quality, our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that converted sites will be error-free or that they will meet all of your specific requirements beyond the agreed scope.

Post-Delivery Support

All projects include 30 days of free support for bug fixes related to the conversion work. Extended support and maintenance packages are available separately.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In case of termination, payment will be due for work completed up to the termination date. Any deposits may be non-refundable depending on work already performed.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
